    Active participation includes engaging in breakout room activities, contributing to group discussions, and completing key prep tasks (such as practice cases or worksheets). The course is designed to be interactive, so your involvement helps us support your success.
  • What documentation do I need to provide if I don’t pass the CBA?
    We ask that you send your official assessment feedback (or summary report, depending on how the results are presented). This helps us understand where extra support is needed and deliver targeted help before your next attempt.
  • How do I claim my free seat in the next course?
    Once you've provided your exam feedback, we’ll send you a link to enroll in the next available CBA Prep Course at no charge. You’ll also be invited to attend a 1:1 or small group check-in to address your growth areas.
